SalesIndore, India (On-site / Field Work)Full-time
Drive revenue growth through on-ground client prospecting, in-person meetings, and product demonstrations for our IoT GPS tracking, fleet intelligence (HyperTrack), and enterprise software products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits and direct outreach to commercial fleets, transport operators, schools, and enterprise businesses
- Deliver in-person product demonstrations of GPS tracking devices, fuel monitoring sensors, and software platforms
- Identify client pain points, recommend tailored hardware and software solutions, and prepare commercial quotes
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms, and close sales contracts to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and fleet managers for long-term retention and referrals
- Coordinate with operations and field technician teams for prompt hardware installation and seamless client onboarding
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in direct field sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong background in direct field sales, preferably in telematics, automotive accessories, GPS hardware, or IT services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and deal closing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with high motivation for daily field outreach
- Valid driving license and vehicle for local client visits across Indore and nearby industrial regions
- Good understanding of the commercial transport, logistics, and fleet ecosystem
